I am complaining about the customer service received after receiving the incorrect colour product

I received an garden umbrella and stand from your company. The colour was brown when I had ordered grey. Customer service tried to tell me that the colour in the brochure was misrepresented and that I had received grey, it just may not look grey! Order number 3217050. I was asked to take a picture of the item and my order where i'd specified GREY. This I did. They then offered a discount I responded saying I would not use it and wished to return it. I explained that I am at high risk to COVID and not allowed to leave the house I do not have access to a printer. They responded that I didn't need a printer and to write out the address and request a receipt from the booked carrier Hermes. Hermes arrived a week later and refused to take the item without a label, saying that even if they could they wouldn't offer a receipt. The service has been terrible and accusatory.
