I am complaining about product.

I have bought a pillow which the price is 200$ and too expensive but I just used for 2 hours it and I'm not comfortable when I wanted to return or change it they didn't accept and told me is final sale. It is not fair and should have a solution for my problem. I have a neck pain so when I used it made me annoyed.Please guide me how can I change it. Regards
