I am complaining about Honda taking two payments out in one month. Honda rep is making it hard to speak with a manager after my claim was submitted. All I want is my refund back on my bank card. As an Honda employee I'm really disappointed. 3 different reps did not help. I will also email Jeff Conrad who is senior Vice President and general manager at Honda division.
