I am charged twice for one night

came here Dec 31 around 1230 or 1 am in the morning to get a room i was assigned to room 246 which had a broken tv &;;; no phone to call out i only got a few hours of sleep & i went to talk to the clerk in the front. She assigned me to room 205 but still charged me she told me all she could've done was waved the deposit. Ive worked at hotels & when a customer is assigned to a room ure supposed to be comfortable. I wasn't expecting to be treated like im a *** or something please call me at 337 453 ****
