I am asking about my order

The Swiss Colony send me a letter with my bill of $13.93 for my order Number 1768**** They told me they will approve credit for the rest and process my order immediately so what I am asking if they have to all of that then how long would my order take until they Shipped it Please don't be mad at me I am Concerned my email is jefferycawthon08@***.com User's recommendation: I don't know this one.
