I am angry at the level of incompetence

Sent in an option change form Jan. 2021. In April, contacted company(not easy to do) and was told it would take until May for ACH!?. Just received bill showing no pay for May June and now July. You have to make an appt just to talk to a rep.Can't even change my address online. Terrible company. User's recommendation: find another company.
