I am a former Red Wing Store owner in Fla. I have another store ( 2 doors down) we compete somewhat, and I had a customer come in our store today with a WORX box and wanted to get shoes stretched

Because he needed 13 WW instead of 13 M . His name Larry Anderson. . They were new and was told they could not exchange. Had receipt also had bought a really nice footbed for $70. I told him to call and file a complaint. I want to thank you for having such lousy customer service We make several sales in our store when this happens. Red Wing is the “ Gift that just keeps on giving” Lousy service = lost sales ! And they end up in our store! Thank you for sending unhappy customers our way. We need all the extra business we can get.
