Ordered from them because site says: 1.) "Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day" WRONG! Placed/paid order at 09:00GMT on a Monday. Sent to me on Friday. 2.) "With our DHL express delivery you receive your parcel within 2-3 days. " WRONG! took 10 days. 3.) "Discreet orders" WRONG! order came in a box that disclosed with what was in big bold print on the side of the box. 4.) "You may also contact us by e-mail. Assistance pre and post sale by staff qualified, specialised in the characteristics of the products and their installation." WRONG! No answers to emails. Phone numbers never get answered. My advice is order from another place this one sucks.
