Worst customer service ever. Incompetent technicians. Months to "fix" problems. Hundreds of dollars in out of pocket costs. Avg hold time 1.5 HOURS, before speaking with anyone. I'm on hold right now. Waiting for permission to call a competent repair person. It is 100 degrees in my condo right now. Seriously. This isn't safe or healthy. This has been an issue for over a month. 5 visits in past 2 days. 10 visits in past month. Unit replaced and it still won't cool. User's recommendation: Do anything else, do not buy this insurance. EVER.
