I dont think I want the legal department but cant seem to get a hold of anyone when I call to discuss a incident I had when visiting. Im hoping you can have some that will listen to me and in hopes care to help please. I am a premier pass holder and was staying on property last week. I rode the Hagrids ride several times but in one of the times smashed my toe into a laying down black pole in the dark part of the waiting line inside It bothered me for several days after that A few days after I did see that the polle had been picked up Im hoping no one else got hurt.
