Hung out to dry on our brand new dishwasher-$10,000.00 worth of damage Installers fault

Bought a brand new Miele dishwasher. Miele technician installed it. Cracked a bolt. Caused a slow leak.. Significant damage done. Jim from Office of the President said even though it was their fault we would have to run it through our home insurance. $1000.00 deductible and now our premiums will go up. Buyer beware. Any trouble with their products, you're on your own User's recommendation: Do not buy from Miele. Worst customer service if something goes wrong. Period.
