Humana tri care does not know how to do their job

I have claims which are outstanding. It's a different answer every time I call. I provide EOB's by faxing them myself, providers send required info, but Tricare either never receives it or if they do the claim still does not get paid. It's constant calling and even talking to a manager does not solve the issue because they don't seem to know their job either. I get excuses for everything. The most recent excuse being that time has lapsed on this claim even though Tricare was the hold up. I can honestly say my dog could do a better job. Tricare needs an enema to get their head out of their *** I am paying out of pocket for the unpaid claims so I don't get sent to collections. Hopefully I will be refunded if tri care figures out how to pay my claims. User's recommendation: You get what u pay for but saving a few bucks is not worth the headache.
