Human Resources very poor service

My partner first started working for moviestar last year in costa rica he was taken seriously ill at was admitted to hospital, , he spent months recovering he kept in touch with an executive team leader who asked Marcel if he wanted to participate in a project to which if they liked he would get paid, the executive team leader was in charge of project was given money to cover costs and pay emoyees ,. Marcel was successful and was to be paid 25.000 Euros in May , After Many many lies and fake documents sent to both myself and Marcel still not received payment in September,. HR was contacted the executive was suspended and during investigation it seemed the executive had stolen Marcel money ,, HR have made offer but have not compensated or shown any concern or care the impact this has had upon our family and most importantly Marcel health which is detoriating rapidly, He was unable to have surgery in September due to money been robbed and remain really sick in costa rica,. Despite my many emails to HR begging and pleading to send payment asap they are now completely ignoring us both cheque was suppose to be sent on 2nd November but are saying they are restrictions on mail to uk ,. I was told originally they could put cheque directly into bank account but they are refusing to even reply ,. They are the most horrible people I have ever dealt with shocking how they treat and talk to people who are the victims yet feel the guilty ones, ,. I have stressed over and over we are in severe financial difficulty having drastic Impact on day to day living cots,. Marcel health serious is detoriating both mentally and physically , Myself My 2 boys and Marcel son and daughter my stepson and stepdaughter have not seen marcel in a year 4 weeks today is Christmas and I don't know what to do anymore, It's a disgrace and the company should be ashamed User's recommendation: Stay away.
