Huge scam

I ordered my lenses 4 weeks ago, believing the company's website which advertised that the delivery time is between 6 and 10 days. I emailed costumer service, Alex, and told him that I was in Paris for only two weeks and if my order cannot be processed within this timeline, I would like to cancel it. Alex told me that I should receive my order within ten days. Clearly, this did not happen and I left Paris. The shipping address was my friend's and she told me that until this day, she did not receive anything yet. I email Alex who told me that I should have received on the 22nd, and refused to give me a refund. I was still in Paris at that time, and I can guarantee you that I have not received anything. I have been charged for this order, and neither me nor my friend have received anything. All in all, I lost about $50 for nothing. This company is a scam, don't waste your money on it.
