Every year they increase prices 15-20%. This year may 2019(contract doesn't expire until 1/2020) I get note on invoice with a 40%+ increase in prices to sign new 5 year before they will talk about negotiations on increases even though original contract states I can reject them. I felt I was being extorted since I have to sign they will continue to charge higher prices even before my contract was up. Had conversations with sales manager then I dropped amounts to a minimum which is on original contract. Cintas retaliated with letter to sue me now for 50% of some amount but not sure where this amount came from.
