Huffy torex utv REAR gear box/ motor replacement

Wrong part sent. I need the rear passenger gear box and motor. They sent a 12v front gear box. I am pretty sure it is a different model from the front also. Please send the right part ASAP. Also I cant get through to any customer service rep for help due to high volume of calls and technical difficulties, according to the message right before it disconnects the call.
