HSA Home Warranty Treats its Customers Like Garbage
WARNING, this company treats its customers like garbage. HSA has the worst customer service. All they do is apologize for no one getting back to you each time you call. When you call, you have to wait on average over 30 minutes on hold. Then, you have to talk to someone that cannot fix the problem. I have asked to speak to a supervisor, but no one returns my calls although numerous CSRs have stated they have sent emails. Here is my history. On 11/3/2018, I submitted a request for service for my refrigerator. On 11/6/2018, technician arrives says the compressor is broken. He feels the refrigerator is too old to repair, but says HSA will make him come back and fix it. I call HSA on 11/8/2018 to figure out what is going on. They say they have not heard from the technician. 11/13/2018 I call HSA again they state that parts have been ordered and should arrive 11/14/2018. I ask to speak to supervisor to address my frustrations on how long it is taking and what the website states. I never received a call back. I call HSA again on 11/14/2018 to discuss the fact that a supervisor did not call me. The CSR states on this call that parts will be arriving on 11/19. How long am I supposed to go without a refrigerator? HSA Home Warranty sucks and treats their customers like trash. Don't waste your time or money on this company.
