HP SELLS FAULTY COMPUTERS.

I BOUGHT A COMPUTER AND IN LESS THAN A MONTH IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO CHARGE IT AND HP DID NOTHING TO HELP. THIS S MY SECOND PURCHASE OF A COMPUTER, THE FIRST JUST DIED AND I WAS TOLD TO SEND IT TO HP AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS THA I HAD DAMAGED THE COMPUTER. User's recommendation: BE CAREFUL HAVE A GOOD TECHNICAL PERSON NEARBY.
