We were looking at Alpha Wolf travel trailer and RV nation had one we wanted. When we were in the process of buying they were sooo attentive. Once the purchase was over we couldn't even get phone call back. They had to replace a storage compartment door when we picked up which also made decal off a little bit. 4 months later we still don't have key to storage door nor replacement decal. I can only imagine if we had major issues. The warranty rep complains about how busy they are during March-October BUT you are a RV dealer you should be equipped to handle volume. No call backs or responses from emails....very frustrating. Not to mention the financing department did not give us proper paperwork to register in my state so I had to contact finance company and wait for them to send over proper paperwork.
