How long does it take to get a Refund

I just had paid for a family pass then urban air staff had offered me a membership so I went for the membership but wanted my money back for the family pass and didnt receive a refund so I ask how long does it take to get my refund back!!! User's recommendation: Just wondering how long does it take.
