I recently ordered two (2) sets of shower controls from Rejuvenation (Rejuvenation Order No. WO00639415) and unfortunately prior to them even being shipped discovered they were not going to work for my application. I reached out to Rejuvenation customer service and was informed the products could not be returned despite the fact: (i) they are not custom products; (ii) that I contacted customer service prior to even receiving the complete items; (iii) the items were purchased at full value; and (iv) the products are still currently for sale and will be indefinitely. Rejuvenation is a fixtures/finishes business reliant upon people in the construction/development industry whereby conditions and plans change all the time that’s why Home Depot accepts returns, without receipts, across the board so long as the purchase can be tracked by to a credit card. I get it they offer a different level of product and inventory/restocking issues can be more complicated, but I can’t imagine a company with a sterling American reputation like Williams Sonoma can’t conduct its customer service with more accommodation to client needs. I’m not requesting a return, rather a simple credit. I’ve got $10,000+ of outstanding orders with them on this project alone and will probably end up ordering another $5,000+ in accessories. I’d provide the employee number of the woman I dealt with but unfortunately she would not provide her last name or employee ID. All I got was Debbie at Rejuvenation (Ext. 704-****) before she abruptly hung up on me.
