How I was treated by the manager of the ford garage and the manager of the garage where I went to find out about a part .

I went to the Ford dealership in Salisbury N.c. to find out why a part name APIM that works the directions screen has not come in yet. I was told it would be in by jan 2021. Now it is Feb 8 and no calls. I asked to speak to the garage manager after some time I went to his office where there was a sigh on his door do not enter unless you have face mask (which I wear all the time.) he had none on and did not put one on. I am upset already and all he could say to me it was because of the varus. I asked why he could not call the company they order it from and find out when it would be available. He informed me to call Fords complaint dept and told the appointment person Lonie to get it for me. I asked to speak to the Ford dealership manager who come in did not let me know who he was or his name. He looked at the garage manager with a smile and said the same thing. I was taught that you should try and please the customer. The strangest thing by the time I got home Lonie called and told my wife the part would be in that day and that I could bring the can the next day.If as a manager I treated a customer like this I would of been fired. User's recommendation: Fire these to men. or demote them.
