How do you get the BC50BE charger to charge at 15 Fast Charge? The most mine will charge is 2.1 A. I am ready to send this back and get me one that does work. Very disappointed with your Service Depa

I have called your service department 877-571-**** twice. Waited 20 minutes the first time and 30 minutes the second time and no one ever answered. I give your PR an F. I need to know how I can get this charger BC50BE start charging at 15A. It starts at 2.1A and that is the highest it will charge. It will not Fast Charge. If you have a Service Department, it would be great if you would put in Operations Mode. Dan Johnson User's recommendation: Don't try to contact EverStart's service department unless you can wait for hours.
