How do I get a refund or replacement. I Purchased sally Hansen extreme wear Nail polish today at CVS. It is number 479 Pacific blue. Barcode number 0741********. I Purchased it today which is September 6, 2020. When I open the bottle the product was so thick and gummy that there is no way to be able to utilize the item I purchased. I cannot take it back to CVS because they will not except the product. This is supposed to be an American company I hope that it will stand behind its product as it should and how most American companies do. I have used your products for a number of years and have noticed that the last three bottles of different shades of nail polish all seem to have the same issue. The other two I’ll let go and threw away now I am thoroughly upset. I wasn’t going to even write but the attorney I am employed by told me that it is a product defect and I need to get in touch with the company so that’s why I’m doing it. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I hope that I get some type of response from somebody at the company immediately if not sooner. Very unhappy Customer.
