HOW DO BUSINESS’ GET AWAY WITH THIS?

WE ARE A TRANSMISSION SHOP AND WERE RECOMMENDED TO SOUTH WEST BY AN AFTER MARKET WARRANTY COMPANY. SOUTH WEST WENT SO FAR AS TO TELL US A TRACKING # THAT WAS FAKE. THE CREDIT CARD WE USED IS THROUGH CHASE BANK AND THEY ARE DRAGGING THEIR FEET ABOUT A CHARGE BACK. I LEARNED A LESSON HERE: NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A UNKNOWN ENTITY WITHOUT CHECKING REVIEWS FIRST. AS SOON AS SOUTHWEST GETS YOUR MONEY THEY WON'T COMMUNICATE WITH YOU. I AM LOOKING INTO POSSIBILITIES OF FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE COLORADO ATTORNEY GENERAL AND OR POSSIBILITIES OF A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. I BELIEVE IF CUSTOMERS ARE REFUNDED VIA CHARGE BACK THERE IS NO REASON FOR LAWSUIT, HOWEVER, A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH ATTORNEY GENERAL IS STILL A DO-ABLE STEP. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT CROOKS..............
