I was hit by an individual who carried Unique Insurance. I provided them with everything they asked, two estimates, and pictures of the damage to my truck. After submitting everything to them I called numerous times and got no response. Finally right at the two year mark a very rude individual named Patricia Randall returned my call and stated unique will not pay the claim because the statute of limitations was up. The company needs to be shut down ASAP.
