Houston rodeo

Bought tickets TicketCenter website. Was told that TicketCenter had not received refund from Houston Rodeo. Contacted Houston rodeo who sent me an email stating that the rodeo had returned all money. Ticket Center has stolen my money, wont give it back and get the same scripted answers on their chat line. This is nothing but theft! User's recommendation: Stay far away.
