I was asleep in my room and housekeeper opens my door. No knock no warning at all. She said she was looking for doubles when I stopped her outside but she had the information chart in her hands. The next day I left $100 laying around. I stopped and told her that I didnt need any service that day. I left for 20 mins and came back. Upon my return I noted that the $100 trap I set up had caught the rat!!! Housekeepers stealing, horrible customer service representatives. From the manager to the desk help. On top of all of this they have roaches and hypodermic needles thrown all over the property. User's recommendation: Find somewhere else if you can help it.
