My elderly MIL in Maine keeps getting bills for a product she never ordered or received. No one answers the toll free customer service number. What a joke. We have not paid and will not pay and Ive filed a complaint with the BBB. Elder abuse is real. User's recommendation: Do not buy, attempt to reconcile, or pay. File with the BBB.
