hotelsclick booking cancellation – no refund!


I made a booking (ref no H2018-86760) on 27/10/2018, hotelsclick cancelled the booking on the 27/11/2018. They advised it would take 15 days to refund the money, it’s been nearly two months with no refund. Customer support at hotelclick will not respond to multiples emails that I have sent them asking of the refund. I have tried calling multiple times and end up being put on hold for over an hour.
The whole site appears to be a scam and I am being owed over $1, 300 AUD in refund.

The hotel's price was very attractive, but I did not make a reservation, because the reviews are very contradictory, there are few good ones, I really hope that the money was refunded, but it's good that you leave it and it helped me
