I booked and paid for hotel Divani, Corfu, Greece through Hotelclub.com and I am still waiting for an email confirmation! I booked this over a week ago and so I have contacted the hotel directly TWICE and they have no evidence of my booking or reservation. I then went onto hotel club.com website and got their contact telephone number, which I called and was waiting for well over 30 minutes. Noone answered! Luckily I paid with my HSBC visa so am disputing the payment and have been assured I will get a full refund. HOTELCLUB is complete SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I have now booked alternative accommodation for my holiday and have used booking.com, which I highly recommend for their prompt and reliable service.
