Update by user Sep 25, 2020 I’m still waiting to hear from customer service to resolve my issue. Original review posted by user Sep 25, 2020 I was charged by Priceline for the room and then extended stay also charge me for the room reservation I was told it was because the charge on pricelines ghost card card was declined so they had to charge my Personal debit card however when I spoke to a different person the hotel a few hours later she stated the charge was for damages to the room. She stated the reason why was because I had cat in the room and They said I had been smoking in the room however I do not own a cat and I Also do not smoke So I still need to be refunded for my stay on 9/24-9/25. I spoke to Amanda that had accused me and charged me for the cat and smoking both of which are untrue User's recommendation: I was charged by Priceline for the room and then extended stay also charge me for the room reservation I was told it was because the price on Scott’s card was declined so they had to charge my card however when I spoke to a different person the hotel is because it was for damages to the room damage charges they say that I had a cat and I was smoking in the room however I do not even own a cat or doing I smoke I need to be refunded for my stay.
