It was late I was staying down the street. My mom came with us were we were staying was sold out. So I looked on your websit. Found room booked it. Called to see if she could just come to the office and pick up the key. The lady said sorry dont see anything. It was my birthday just wanted to lay down. Got up drove down the street. Give her all my info and still nothing. I told her I didnt want to pay 2 times because there is no cancellation. Yo tried to find number to call not on the app. Found it and the lady said might take 30 or 45 mins. I lost it it almost 10pm I have 2 year old son. Just trying to get my mom her own place to stay 70 years old. Just not the kind of service I would expect. I have used You guys in the past. And worked well. Just not happy. With some back and forth calling finally made it happen. But thats not how it should be easy or not at all. Thanks for your time. User's recommendation: Have better relationships with the hotels before there on your site.
