During booking via agoda, breakfast was available and water theme park was open daily from 8am to 7pm except Tuesday. After making the payment via maybank2u breakfast was not included. ???? On arrival at the hotel, we were told by the front desk staff (a Chinese male) that the water theme park was closed till December 2020 due to MCO order. According to him the owner of the property only allows the water park to be open on Friday till Sunday and reviewed on weekly basis. According to him too, this week the water park will be closed on Monday(today) till Thursday as ordered by the owner. However, we saw some clients were making their way to the pool/water park. We asked another client who was leaving the property and according to him, the park is open today. There are a large crowd at the pool/water park too. This is absolutely ridiculous. What kind of moron manage this property? We will never visit this property ever again. Will advise others to think twice before visiting this place. This was our third visits to this property and sad to say it has turn out to be a disastrous one compared to the previous 2. Hope others who intend to visit this place to really think twice and check...check and CHECK before conforming your booking. Good luck guys.
