Hotel and refund my money

affirm took $75.00 out of my bank account 3 times and i was unable to use the virtual card to pay the hotel so i had to pay cash on site. then they said that they would refund me all the money they had taken out, which i still have not received. each time i called them they gave me the run around and now miraculously the money they took out of my account is no longer there as if i never even made a payment.
