I bought a hot tub on August 8th 2020. I waited several months for this hot tub to even be delivered to my home. During this time I received no information from the antioch store about my time line on the hot tub and why it was taking so long to be delivered. I would call to check on things and the employees I talked to seemed as if my concerns weren't an issue for them. The hot tub finally got delivered around the 1st of October and once it arrived we noticed it was damaged. We spoke with the gentleman who delivered it and what to do about the damaged hot tub and he informed us that someone from the antioch store will contact us with three options on how we can handle this situation. I waited a week to hear from someone and no one called. I started calling the store to get answers and the first man I spoke with I explained our issue and that we were told our three options were they would fix it, cash back for the damage, or to replace with a new one. He confirmed that those were my options however, he said he was an installation guy and that a manger would call me back. I have called several times a week since then to find out how this matter would be handled and I keep getting different excuses. The last excuse I have gotten is that they are waiting to hear back from the manufacturer if they would replace it. The problem I have is that I bought this hot tub from your company not the manufacturer, it is your responsibility to replace my hot tub and deal with the other company on your own. It has been almost a month with no progress and I have had enough which is why I am writing you now. I hope this letter reaches someone who can get involved and actually fix this issue. I feel like the customer service is severely lacking in this store (antioch TN) and needs to be addressed. I hate that when I walk into the store there are so many people there trying to sell me something and want my business, but now that I have paid and am an actual customer no one seems to want to help me. Please fix this horrible situation! If this situation is not resolved quickly not only will you lose a long time customer who has bought two hot tubs and a pool we will make sure to spread the word with our friends, family , and community on how this company operates and to stay away.
