Purchased 1 small cup of hot chocolate/Hersheys on Aug. 18, 2021 at 11am, at Mt. Nebo Road Store in Pennsylvania. This hot chocolate was extremely watered down. I could not drink it. It tasted like watered down hot chocolate. I have stopped at this store every week the last 4 months and not one issue. It was a cool rainy day and hit chocolate sounded good. A refund would be in order. Don't know why it was so watered down.
