Worst customer service I have experienced. We used them to do a very nice upgrade to our hotel. We spent a lot of money for what they called "high quality" hospitality furniture. It is TERRIBLE quality. It was scratched and nicked when it arrived and after 6 months of being in our rooms, I'm embarrassed about how it looks. The worst part of it all is their total lack of willingness to take responsibility for the junk they sent us. I am so frustrated and would NEVER recommend this company in any way shape or form to anyone, especially in the hospitality industry. Their "solution" was to mail me a couple of markers. What a joke.
