I just booked a trip to Chicago and was prepared to spend $201 a night for our room as advertised. were staying for 3 nights, so i expected the total to be around $650. i opened my bank account and they charged me $968 with a $364 service fee they mentioned nothing of when checking out. this trip is also now non refundable so we are out close to $1000 because of this website. never again. User's recommendation: absolutely not.
