My rental broke down multiple times, I had to use my own insurance for road side assistance- they wanted to charge me $150 to go through Ford- ACE's people. Felix was not helpful when calling. I got charged extra fees and charged for an extra day- the car wouldn't start the day I was supposed to catch my flight. Was informed to Uber it to the airport and it would be covered- it wasn't... so I paid for a car and a ride to the airport and got charged an extra day for some weird reason..... worst rental experience ever!
