Ive been going to the Pearl Vision in Saugus for over five years and always have been treated well. I was called because of a policy change and not only were they rude on the phone so I decided to go to the store and speak to the manager she was very rude and unhelpful. You guys are losing a loyal customer someone needs to speak to the manager there and give them a lesson in customer service! User's recommendation: Don’t go to Pearle vision in Saugus.
