Horrible..worst..disgusting..fraud people

Horrible..worst..disgusting..I am not getting no other words to describe their way of dealing with customers. They don't have any ethics in doing business, they tell blunt lies in trapping the customer and get money from customer. When you go the showroom, they will trap you and dont give time to think and insist you to pay money by telling all lies. Day 2 onwards no one will even talk to you if you call them. You cant believe I have called 20 times a day for 3 consecutive day and left only messages to call me back. They lie that the representative is with the customer whole day. They tell all silly reason to avoid to talk to you. Once one of their sales person was fooling me by saying the same thing again and again and bluntly cut the call. I had gone there to check the offers currently they have. The representative just wasted time by going to her manager to check each and every question. And they asked me to take test drive and decide. After they showed me the offer on the lease. I wanted some time to think and said will come back later. The agent really got wild and was kind of showing faces that she had spent 4 hours to just for this. Then we agreed on a deal and they insisted me to pay the down payment upfront which I did. Later I realized they are over charging compared to other dealers and I made up my mind to cancel the lease deal. I mailed them immediately stating that I want to cancel the deal. Later on Monday when I called they just refused saying you will not get the down payment which I paid (4500 dollars) which was shocking to me. I went to their office and they offered me another vehicle for lesser monthly payment and they asked me to wait and take the vehicle. After an hour of wait the Finance guy came and said we are having difficulty in getting the approval for lease, we can offer you a finance option. I said NO, then they asked me to wait for 48 hours and they would get the lease approved by talking to higher authorities in the bank. And I kept calling them several times (you cant imagine my frustration) and never could get any of them on line. Then 4th day I get a mail from the sales agent that they will refund my money. Today its 12th day and still I have not got a penny from them. I have been calling them everyday and they just take my message and they never call me back. I seriously think they are a fraud and want to use customers money and take them for a ride. Now I am looking for other options to dispute the amounts charged to my credit card. It is really frustrating and stressful if I think about the way I was treated by Metrohonda Jersey city office. I don't recommend MetroHonda even my enemy. That's all I can say. I just want to record this somewhere as I wanted to express my feelings so that people can avoid getting into hard time with these *** guys.
