Attempting to get my hospice family member home flying Delta. They sent me to OTG. Ordered overnight shipping well before the deadline, and received a call when I was expecting the delivery to say it would be delayed another day...after I paid for next-day shipping. Unwilling to refund partial shipping stating that's the chance I took and they have no liability for delays. Had to change my flight FOR THE THIRD TIME and another day. There was another company ready to deliver a device but Delta said use these folks. BS!
