HORRIBLE WEBSITE FOR MAKING PAYMENTS

No matter how many times I try, each month is a BIG problem using Selene's website to pay my mortgage. Password and Username, although I have checked to save it, is never there when I return. Once you enter your information, there is a verification process that is just foolish and takes up too much time. When you call, the customer service employees have said for more than 5-8 times in one year, just re-register your entire account; how ridiculous is that. Also, although when you call customer service and enter your account number, there is never anyone available that is suppose to be per their message on the phone, who handles my account. Have never had any type agent, etc. User's recommendation: Hope you can be patient!!!
