Every single year at tax time, it is a nightmare getting the paperwork I need to file. Their website is a dysfuntional disaster. They also somehow always have a bad address on file for me, and it always, always takes multiple phone calls to get someone to straighten it out. Last year, my sister and I had the same address on file, and they mysteriously were "unable" to deliver any of my documents to the address, while hers arrived without issue. They are a black hole where happiness and good customer service gets swallowed and disappears forever.
