Horrible , way too much time to deal with

Update by user Oct 23, 2018 I contacted Carol Wright and they were kind enough to give me a refund for the poor quality robes that were so stinky, I could not get the smell out. This customer service was helpful. Original review posted by user Sep 21, 2018 I am so sick of dealing with people from the Phillipines who do not know what they are doing and then putting me on a mailing list that I requested not to be. This is totally ridiculous and they are connected to many other companies who then send you their catalogs. I am not prejudice but let the Phillipines grow their own ecomony we need those jobs here in our country. How else can they become independant . Please get them trained so they can get what we want or stop sending out catalogs. this is absolutely ridiculous, 24-48 hours for a confirmation email? No way....I feel like I just got scammed they charged my credit card and now not doing a thing about it. If you can understand them.
