I had worked for this company for quite some time, they promoted me, and really took the time to give me valuable experience and training. Over the years they got away from their "family owned company" mantra. They began to hire in upper management from other companies and most recently have began bringing in some of the most horrible upper management i have ever experienced. They create a negative work culture and a toxic work environment. They are unnecessarily cutthroat. They ignore resident life safety complaints. They dont actually care about employees or residents, they only care about money. I would avoid working for this company if you want to be treated like a human being
