For a simple MMR draw they charged me separately and were unwilling to work with me on the cost. A lab that should've costed $100 ended up being $350 and customer service was not service at all. Then they upcharged me to a level 3 bill for looking at eczema on my scalp so that bill was almost $300 for a 5 minute urgent care walk in. A simple rash is a level 2 bill again customer service was laughable. They stated generic things like amount of time the NP spent with me (5 minutes), after office time (a phone call of 1 minute), and all the systems they reviewed (1 barely). I recommend only going to this place if you need a prostate exam and are ready to bend over and let them give it to you. Robbery and horrible experience.
