Horrible, unethical, lying thieves

I wish I would have read the feedback first I never would have used them! Horrible service, they over promised and under delivered. I am 3 days until my move or else I wouldnt be giving them my money or business. I have 2 moves, one for my mother in law and one for ourselves . I spoke with Eric who told me different prices, times and quotes. I then didnt get a call to verify everything so I had to call them. Steve then was rude and belittled me over the phone and chuckled when I said that I was unhappy with their service. I then asked to speak with Jaime (James) the owner, and he wouldnt do anything either to help or rectify the situation/problem. I now have to pay more, have them come later, didnt get an apology or anything. Basically, I have 3 days to move, have them moving 2 full households, giving them over $2000.00 and they are completely taking advantage and not taking responsibility for their lies and being deceitful. I will never and would never recommend them for a move ever again. And I will make sure to tell everyone I know of their horrible service. I was just hung up on and told to *** and they said since I complained about them that they cancelled my move. Now I'm stuck at my rental with no movers and if I'm not out today I owe another months rent. I've called and called and no one will help me and they just yell and cuss and hang up. I paid them and dont have movers! This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever had to deal with! I will make sure to go as high up as I can to get this resolved. I want to make sure that this company is no longer in business and no one has to go through what we have!
