I wish i'd read the reviews before placing an order. I ordered six pillows for my family. Four pillows i liked, but the other two were nothing like the picture. I didn’t like them, so decided to ship them back. As it was said on their website, i sent them an email explaining the situation. I sent an email requesting return on 21 / 11 / 2015. The next day i received a reply asking for more details. I explained everything again. The next day i received an email from them again, asking for details about replacement items. I sent them the numbers of items i wanted as a replacement. Today is 21 / 12 / 15, but there is no information about the status of my items. I contacted them few hours ago, and got an emails asking for more details. Every time they send me only automatic responses! Horrible site!
